Greg’s journey with the company began part-time in sales, but at just 19 years old, he assumed leadership following the sudden passing of his father, Martin. Under his guidance, the company has experienced remarkable growth, expanding from a single office in Sydney to establishing a presence in the five major cities across Australia.

Greg’s strategic vision and adaptability are evident in the company’s diversification of product ranges, transitioning from its original focus on Jute Goods and Wool Packs to encompass products including Poly Woven Bags, Bulk Bags, and Commercial Textiles, in response to market demands.

Despite the company’s growth, Greg remains dedicated to its familial roots and values. He prioritises nurturing the company’s culture and fostering loyalty and engagement among its staff, recognising the importance of a supportive work environment and cohesive team dynamics.

Currently, Greg’s primary focus is on mentoring the fourth generation of family members involved in the business, demonstrating his commitment to succession planning and ensuring the enduring legacy of the company.

Neil has served as Polesy’s General Manager since 2011, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise.

Having joined Polesy in 1988, Neil has held various roles in accounting, administration, sales, and management, making him well-rounded in his understanding of the company’s operations.

Beyond overseeing the day-to-day management of Polesy’s operations, Neil also leads the Commercial Textiles team, spearheading the ongoing development of the Polesy brand of commercial sheeting, toweling, and bedding—a testament to his dedication and pride in the company’s achievements.

Neil’s pride extends to Polesy’s unwavering commitment to quality, worker health and safety, and environmental stewardship, which are managed through its Integrated Management System.

David’s multifaceted role encompasses various aspects of the business, including customer relations, supplier collaboration, and operational efficiency optimisation. He collaborates closely with the operations team to ensure seamless order processing, from receipt to dispatch.

With a career spanning back to 1980 in the packaging and textiles industries, David brings extensive experience to his role. Over the past 20 years, he has held numerous senior management positions, playing a pivotal role in helping businesses achieve their objectives.

Additionally, David oversees Polesy’s Packaging team, ensuring that customers receive the high level of service expected from Polesy.

Since August 2010, Peter has served as the Financial Controller at Polesy. In this pivotal role, Peter is responsible with overseeing all financial operations. He provides guidance to teams to achieve objectives and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Peter’s dedication to excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and strategic mindset are instrumental in driving financial performance and accountability within the company.

Having joined Polesy in 2006, Steven possesses the experience and expertise to effectively oversee the company’s day-to-day warehousing and distribution operations. He ensures that warehouse teams across the country deliver the highest levels of service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Steven’s journey at Polesy began as an Assistant Accountant. Since then, he has held various roles encompassing accounts, sales, purchasing, and operations. This diverse experience has deepened his understanding of Polesy’s objectives and operations, making him a valuable asset to the company.

Juliette has been working in Sales and Customer Service since February 2020, specialising in building relationships and finding product solutions to meet customer needs. As a fourth generation Polesy, she is striving to grasp the intricacies of the business as a whole and its constantly evolving landscape.

Juliette is passionate about exploring new markets and product opportunities. She enjoys working as part of a team and finds fulfillment in collaborating with colleagues across different offices, working with various products and customer projects.

Dominique has been working as a Sales & Administration Officer since November 2022. Her role encompasses operational and general administration duties for the company.

Dominique also oversees the marketing of Polesy, leveraging her exceptional organisational skills to execute her responsibilities efficiently and productively. She thrives in a collaborative team environment and actively engages with members of the Polesy team around the country. Her dedication to teamwork enhances communication, fosters synergy, and promotes a cohesive working culture throughout the company.

Dominique’s proficiency in management is further supported by her academic background, having a Bachelor of Management degree.

As a fourth generation Polesy, she is eager to continue expanding her skill set and contributing to the company’s success.

In his role as an Account Manager at Polesy, Peter is responsible for nurturing customer relationships, supporting their requirements, and driving new business opportunities within Polesy Packaging.

Having worked in the packaging and textile industries since 2008, Peter brings a wealth of experience to his current role. He entered his current role as an Account Manager at Polesy in 2018, preceded by a decade-long tenure as a warehouse and operations manager.

Corin boasts over 20 years of dedicated service with Polesy, having navigated through a diverse array of roles that have collectively shaped her profound understanding of the company’s operations. From foundational administrative tasks to payroll management and even occasional involvement in shipping container unloading, Corin has acquired a comprehensive skill set, learning the job from the ground up.

In her current dual role, she raises overseas purchase orders, leveraging her extensive experience with Polesy products to facilitate communication between sales staff and suppliers, and she also oversees Polesy’s payroll and reporting requirements. Her commitment to clarity and efficiency ensures that customer needs are met with precision and excellence.

Barry embarked on his journey with Polesy in December 2012, assuming the role of Flexible Packaging Consultant. With over 40 years of invaluable experience in the flexible packaging industry, Barry brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

His adept guidance in purchasing, sales, and customer service has been instrumental in steering our management team towards sustained growth and success over the past decade.

Having begun his career in packaging in 2005, Craig brings many years of invaluable experience in the packaging industry, with a primary focus on procurement and supply chain management, to his role with Polesy. His previous experience includes 5 years in the food industry, procuring packaging and food ingredients from both domestic and international sources.

In his role at Polesy, Craig serves as a Key Account Manager, catering to a diverse portfolio of Victorian-based customers. He is deeply passionate about delivering tailored packaging solutions that perfectly align with his clients’ needs. Additionally, Craig maintains close partnerships with Polesy’s manufacturing partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal outcomes.

Outside of work, Craig finds joy in watching sports and actively participates in his children’s various athletic pursuits, including basketball, netball, AFL, and soccer.

Arthur has over 3 decades of comprehensive expertise in warehousing, specialising in pick and pack operations, delivery driving, and logistics management.

His extensive experience encompasses a profound understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation logistics.

Throughout his career, Arthur has adeptly managed tasks including loading and unloading trucks, overseeing container shipments, and orchestrating the seamless flow of goods within warehouse operations. His tenure has honed his skills in time management, organisation, and problem-solving, ensuring optimal efficiency in all aspects of warehouse management.

Adam brings a wealth of experience in the textiles industry, with a career spanning back to 1995. He initially specialised in upholstery, motor trims, and PVC vinyls before transitioning to the canvas industry. Adam’s journey with Polesy commenced in 2010, leading him through roles in the company’s offices in Sydney, Perth, and currently, rural Victoria.

Throughout his tenure, Adam has discovered a deep sense of fulfillment in his role within Polesy Packaging. He thrives on collaborating with customers, tailoring both stock and custom packaging solutions to precisely meet their requirements, whether for local distribution or export markets. Adam’s extensive background in textiles has endowed him with a discerning eye for quality and functionality, qualities that undoubtedly enhance his contributions to the packaging industry.

Davina, a dynamic sales and management professional, joined Polesy in 2008, and has since played a key role in building the company’s thriving commercial textile and bedding business.

Prior to this, she garnered extensive experience in the environmental waste industry and FMCG sector during her decade-long tenure at Unilever. Currently pursuing her MBA, Davina continues to expand her skill set and knowledge base.

In 2024, Davina was appointed as Vice President of SEQPHA (South East Queensland Professional Housekeepers Association), in recognition of her commitment to the hospitality accommodation industry in Queensland. Davina’s illustrious career is a testament to her unwavering passion and commitment.

With a career in the packaging industry dating back to 2011, Neil brings a wealth of experience in both sales and purchasing to his role. Starting as an Account Manager at Polesy, he was promoted to Queensland State Sales Manager in 2017.

Neil is dedicated to fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence, believing that a cohesive team is essential for success. His comprehensive understanding of materials, logistics, and market trends has been instrumental in contributing to Polesy’s success.

Involved in both the agricultural and building sectors, Neil collaborates closely with customers to tailor packaging solutions and recycling initiatives to their specific needs.

With a career in the packaging industry since 2015, Darren has dedicated himself to understanding customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.

Joining Polesy in 2021, Darren thrives on building personal customer relationships and delivering top-quality products across the agricultural, building, and manufacturing sectors. His specialisation in Bulk Bags, Poly Woven Bags, Hessian, Jute, and Poly Mesh Bags allows him to provide comprehensive offerings to meet customer requirements.

Mark has an extensive history with Polesy, spanning back to 1999 when he first joined the company. Over the years, he has held various roles within the organisation, starting from Warehouse Supervisor, then transitioning into Administration and Sales roles. With his dedication and commitment, Mark assumed the position of Queensland Warehouse Manager in 2006.

Additionally, Mark has taken on significant responsibilities beyond his role as Warehouse Manager. He has served as the IMS State Management Representative for Queensland, playing a crucial role in overseeing and implementing the Integrated Management System within Polesy Queensland.

Wendy has become an indispensable member of the Polesy Commercial Textiles team since joining the company in 2011. Her unwavering commitment to customer service, exemplary work ethic, and outstanding sales and operational skills have been instrumental in driving the success of the company.

Wendy’s wealth of knowledge and extensive experience make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Chantelle embarked on her Polesy journey in 1997 as a junior working with the comapny’s printing machines. Throughout her time with Polesy she has continually evolved, transitioning into roles within warehousing and distribution, showcasing remarkable adaptability and a passion for acquiring new skills.

Since assuming the position of warehouse supervisor in 2006, Chantelle has demonstrated not only her proficiency in the role but also her unwavering commitment to leadership and managerial duties. Her extensive tenure underscores her deep understanding of the company’s operations, processes, and industry standards, rendering her an indispensable asset to the team.

Roda joined Polesy in 2023 to work in the company’s Commercial Textiles custom manufacturing facility in Woodridge.

Her many years of experience in textiles sewing, cut, make, and trim is an invaluable asset to the Commercial Textiles team when they plan and execute custom projects for hospitality and residential accommodation customers.

Justin brought considerable previous sales experience to Polesy when he joined the company’s Victorian operations in 2005.  He commenced with the Commercial Textiles division before transitioning to the Packaging division in 2009.

Now based in the Adelaide office, Justin serves as the National Product Manager for Packaging, overseeing all aspects of the business, including sales and business development, key account management, and contract negotiation with customers.  He also maintains direct communication with the company’s manufacturing partners in the South East Asia and Indian subcontinent regions regarding current and new product developments.

Throughout his tenure at Polesy, Justin has held numerous positions, ranging from Sales Representative to State Management, across both divisions and various locations.

Fiona’s extensive background in both the packaging industry and customer service/sales positions her as a valuable asset to Polesy Packaging.

With over 10 years of specialised experience in Paper Sacks and more than 3 decades of customer service and sales expertise, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Business Development Manager.

Fiona’s commitment to fostering strong customer relationships and driving business growth is evident in her ability to provide exceptional service and support to customers around the country.  Her diverse skill set and unwavering dedication make her well-equipped to contribute to the continued success of Polesy.

Tyler serves as our Packaging Account Manager in South Australia, having joined Polesy in August 2023. Despite being relatively new to Polesy and the industry, Tyler is passionate about fostering relationships with our customers. He is deeply committed to understanding their businesses and packaging requirements to deliver the high level of service expected of Polesy.

Proactive and reliable, Tyler views himself as an extension of his customers’ businesses. He ensures their packaging needs are comprehensively understood and met by ensuring sufficient stock and timely delivery of both generic and printed products.

Paul serves as the South Australian Warehouse Supervisor at Polesy, bringing many years of invaluable experience to the role. His responsibilities encompass all facets of warehouse operations, including day-to-day management and involvement in the Integrated Management System (IMS). Paul is enthusiastic about offering assistance to anyone in the company in matters related to warehousing, IMS, and auditing processes.

With a career spanning back to 1978 in the warehousing and distribution industry, Paul possesses extensive knowledge in warehousing and distribution, Quality auditing, ordering, and purchasing.  His journey began as a storeperson and progressed through roles such as leading hand, trainer, supervisor, and warehouse manager, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

With close to 50 years of experience in the packaging industry across Western Australia and South Australia, including senior management roles, Bob joined Polesy in 2019.

As our National Business Development Manager for Packaging, Bob is instrumental in driving innovation, developing new products, and exploring untapped markets for the company. His extensive product knowledge and industry expertise enable him to cultivate strong relationships with customers and suppliers worldwide.

Bob’s role at Polesy involves researching and identifying growth opportunities, devising strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to realise these objectives. He excels in understanding customers’ businesses and objectives, thereby nurturing enduring partnerships.

Since joining the Polesy team in 2014, Danny has played a pivotal role in driving sales growth and managing operations in WA and NT.

With over 30 years of experience in the packaging industry, Danny brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

Customer service excellence and fostering strong business relationships are at the core of Danny’s responsibilities at Polesy.

Chris joined the Commercial Textiles team in 2024, bringing his over 15 years’ experience in sales and account management to Polesy to provide local service and support to our customers in WA.

Before joining Polesy, Chris gained extensive sales experience in several markets, most recently in the commercial accommodation sector.  His background equips him to deliver exceptional customer support and offers a deep understanding of the WA commercial hospitality market.

With Chris, our WA Commercial Textile customers can expect a tailored experience when working with us.

Since joining Polesy in 2019, Alan has played a pivotal role in the establishment of local printing operations at our WA branch. Leveraging his prior experience, he spearheaded the setup of our new flexographic print machine, ensuring the production of high-quality prints and meeting stringent customer deadlines.

Alan’s dedication and expertise have been instrumental in his transitioning to the day-to-day management of the WA warehouse. Leading a small yet highly efficient team, he consistently exceeds customer expectations while upholding Polesy’s commitment to excellence in Quality and Safety.

Brianna has been an integral part of Polesy since joining the company in 2022, bringing with her over 13 years of extensive experience in customer service. In her role as Administration and Customer Service Officer for WA, she places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, diligently assisting customers in finding optimal solutions for their requirements.

Collaborating seamlessly with the company’s WA sales and warehouse teams, Brianna’s exceptional organisational skills ensure the smooth and timely operation of Polesy’s WA branch. Her dedication to precision and efficiency upholds the high standards of service that is expected of Polesy.
