    Greg’s journey with the company began part-time in sales, but at just 19 years old, he assumed leadership following the sudden passing of his father, Martin. Under his guidance, the company has experienced remarkable growth, expanding from a single office in Sydney to establishing a presence in the five major cities across Australia.

    Greg’s strategic vision and adaptability are evident in the company’s diversification of product ranges, transitioning from its original focus on Jute Goods and Wool Packs to encompass products including Poly Woven Bags, Bulk Bags, and Commercial Textiles, in response to market demands.

    Despite the company’s growth, Greg remains dedicated to its familial roots and values. He prioritises nurturing the company’s culture and fostering loyalty and engagement among its staff, recognising the importance of a supportive work environment and cohesive team dynamics.

    Currently, Greg’s primary focus is on mentoring the fourth generation of family members involved in the business, demonstrating his commitment to succession planning and ensuring the enduring legacy of the company.

    Having joined Polesy in 1988, Neil has held various roles in accounting, administration, sales, and management, making him well-rounded in his understanding of the company’s operations.

    Beyond overseeing the day-to-day management of Polesy’s operations, Neil also leads the Commercial Textiles team, spearheading the ongoing development of the Polesy brand of commercial sheeting, toweling, and bedding—a testament to his dedication and pride in the company’s achievements.

    Neil’s pride extends to Polesy’s unwavering commitment to quality, worker health and safety, and environmental stewardship, which are managed through its Integrated Management System.

    With a career spanning back to 1980 in the packaging and textiles industries, David brings extensive experience to his role. Over the past 20 years, he has held numerous senior management positions, playing a pivotal role in helping businesses achieve their objectives.

    Additionally, David oversees Polesy’s Packaging team, ensuring that customers receive the high level of service expected from Polesy.

His previous experience includes 5 years in the food industry, procuring packaging and food ingredients from both domestic and international sources.

    In his role at Polesy, Craig serves as a Key Account Manager, catering to a diverse portfolio of Victorian-based customers. He is deeply passionate about delivering tailored packaging solutions that perfectly align with his clients’ needs. Additionally, Craig maintains close partnerships with Polesy’s manufacturing partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal outcomes.

    Outside of work, Craig finds joy in watching sports and actively participates in his children’s various athletic pursuits, including basketball, netball, AFL, and soccer.

    Additionally, Mark has taken on significant responsibilities beyond his role as Warehouse Manager. He has served as the IMS State Management Representative for Queensland, playing a crucial role in overseeing and implementing the Integrated Management System within Polesy Queensland.

    Now based in the Adelaide office, Justin serves as the National Product Manager for Packaging, overseeing all aspects of the business, including sales and business development, key account management, and contract negotiation with customers.  He also maintains direct communication with the company’s manufacturing partners in the South East Asia and Indian subcontinent regions regarding current and new product developments.

    Throughout his tenure at Polesy, Justin has held numerous positions, ranging from Sales Representative to State Management, across both divisions and various locations.
